Financial Support

The Volkswagen foundation will cover accommodation and board.

Students can apply for travel support. The amount of this support depends on the number of student participants. You will have to fill out a reimbursement form and to present the original travel documents at the registration desk as well as some document which proves that you are a student and, therefore, eligible for support. We expect that we will be able to support your travel with up to 250 EUR (depending on the precise number of eligible students), which we can only pay after you trip home and after we have received your travel documents (tickets etc.). We are sorry that the administrative rules does not allow any other procedure.

Travel has to be economic class; first class or business class tickets cannot be reimbursed.
