Accommodation

The Seminar will take place at the Kongresshotel Potsdam, Am Luftschiffhafen 1, D-14471 Potsdam, Germany. The seminar, overnighting and meals will be in the same building. Accommodation will be booked for you automatically according to the arrival and departure information you provide in the registration form. Please take notice of the fact that single bed rooms are reserved mainly for the lecturers and senior scientists. Otherwise there are rooms with two beds.

All meals will be served at the Kongresshotel, starting with dinner on Sunday, ending with dinner on Wednesday. Vegetarian food is available on request.

We are happy to inform you that your local costs at the Kongresshotel (full board accommodation) will be covered by the Volkswagen Foundation. Your beverages are unfortunately not included in this support.

Note: We will book the accommodation for you using the information you provide at the registration form. If you need to change your accommodation, please send us an email. By registration for the workshop you accept the Terms and Conditions of the accommodation agreement with the Kongresshotel Potsdam.
